Debbie

Director of Endurance and Trainer

I grew up in Chicago and spent a lot of time playing volleyball and fast-pitch softball before transitioning to endurance sports.  As an endurance athlete, I was fortunate enough to become a professional bicycle racer. Through my participation in sports, I was able to recognize and explore my interest in fitness as a career after I spent some time in Health Services Administration.

My Training Philosophy:

Your goals are my number one priority.  I have been fortunate enough to work with a broad range of clients from the elderly, to the elite athlete.  I believe my energy and passion are contagious, and I bring it to every one of your training sessions with me.  I believe an athlete exists within each and every one of us, and my job as a coach is to help you discover and develop that inner athlete to its fullest potential.
