The Bulgarian box Lunge, is similar to the Couch Stretch we discussed on Day 1. The point of the stretch is to get into your quads and other hip flexor muscles. This helps to improve your hip extension for CrossFit movements, gets you in a better squat position, undoes the damage from sitting all day, can help relieve pain in different areas of the body AND it can be done at the convenience of your own couch while watching tv. So you really have no excuse not to do it.
