Feeling tight and sore after your workouts? Can’t seem to loosen up? Get ready for a month full of mobility and stretching! “Movember” means M-O-B-I-L-I-T-Y for us at Crossfit Prelude!! Monday through Friday we will be posting a video with a new mobility exercise for you to try. These movements will require minimal equipment and can be done at the gym or in the comfort of your home!
