Find your own limits from within. When it comes to doing a workout, numbers don’t matter. The perceived pressure of doing a workout as prescribed is absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things. Go at your own pace; you set the standard; the intensity level you find is your own. Build the solid foundation of technique, strength, and flexibility. Master the fundamentals from the start.
