Most of life is showing up. You do the best you can, which varies from day to day.—Regina Brett2016-05-10-21.56.21.jpg.jpg

You can’t better yourself if you aren’t here to make the effort.  Follow these rules to keep yourself in check and keep you motivated

If you are new to CrossFit, show up.
If you are intimidated by the workout, show up.
If you are sore from yesterday, show up.
If you think you don’t have the time, show up.
If work is stressful, show up.
If home life is a challenge, show up.
If you are in a rut, show up.
If your workout partner isn’t here today, show up.
If something great happened to you, show up.
If something not so great happened to you, show up.
If you need a shoulder to lean on, show up.
If you need a new challenge, show up.
If you have a skill to improve upon, show up.
If it’s been a few days, show up.
If you want to play ping pong, show up.
If you want to hang out with some really cool people, show up.
If you want to reach your goals, show up.
If you want to be better tomorrow that you are today, show up.
