Yes. . . .Yes. We know. Days 4, 5, and 6 were all about the shoulder. Well it’s only because the shoulder is SOOOO important, and is SOOOO neglected. Maybe it is because full range of the shoulder musculature and ligaments doesn’t have a fancy name like “Ass to Grass.” Well. . . we believe a couple of things. First, you have to get that shoulder mobile and limber in order to prevent injury. Second, if you want to have a pretty decent front rack for front squats and cleans, then following these videos is the best thing since the Burpee.
