Played soccer, softball, and competition equestrian since I was 6. Went to college at VCU played Women’s Rugby
What is your “Something Better” that you hope to achieve with CrossFit Prelude:
My something to really achieve is to realize that my body can go much further, even when my brain is telling me to stop.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CrossFit (before/after):
I started out at Prelude 133-135 I am now 119-118
What keeps you coming back. What motivates and inspires you:
Seeing how my body has changed, and how hard Julie has worked and what she has become.
Any advice for people just getting started:
My advice for people when getting started is you will realize how out of shape you are, but keep coming back every day you can. You will get better!!!
