When did you first start CrossFit?
When did you first start training at CrossFit Prelude:
Paralletes, Push Ups, Running, Sit-Ups

Tell us about you sports; fitness; and/or life background:
I was enlisted in the US Army for 5 years. I toured several different countries. I went to Iraq and Afghanistan on deployments. I played basketball, baseball and football from middle to high school. I love to stay fit and get stronger each day. I love challenges even the ones that I cannot conquer at this time.
What is your “Something Better” that you hope to achieve with CrossFit Prelude:
Be able to do muscle ups and handstand pushups with ease.
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Take us back to your first WOD… what was it, and how did it feel:
Maggie introduced me to Crossfit. My first WOD was back squats and the workout included parallette shoot throughs. I enjoyed it, but I was a bit tired afterwards.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CrossFit (before/after):
My endurance and strength has increased. I have gained some weight by building muscle by doing Crossfit.
What keeps you coming back. What motivates and inspires you:
Maggie motivates me. I love challenging myself to kill each workout. I love competing with others in class.
