How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Take us back to your first WOD… what was it, and how did it feel:
My first WOD…it was a 15 minutes of as many repetitions as possible of push jerks, burpees, and kettlebell swings. I was happy I did not throw up. But it felt so good afterwards I couldn’t wait to come back for more.

I have a lot of energy all day, my muscle mass is increasing and I am cutting fat here and there.
What keeps you coming back. What motivates and inspires you:

Please share with us any favorite CrossFit Prelude moments:
A couple of my favorite moments were from the holiday party and most recently Chris’s bachelor workout. The togetherness is what I really love, everyone is rooting for each other and it really feels like a family.
