Prelude Endurance

Only 20 spaces available Thinking about running the Monument 10K, but don’t know where to start?  Don’t go it alone, we are here to help.  CrossFit Prelude is pleased to announce a Monument Avenue 10K training team!  Our training team is designed to prepare you for the Monument Avenue 10K.  All levels from walkers to seasoned runners are welcomed. Our goal is to simple make you the best runner possible, within in the context of the smallest endurance program in Richmond.  Similar to our fitness classes, we are not a volume based running group.

Our goal is to provide a small group of students with the tools they need for success, and provide you with individual attention and programming when needed. Our expert level trainers have exactly what you need to not only cross the finish line, but also to achieve a personal record!    The program is lead by a three time USA marathon Olympic trial qualifier, a professional cyclist, and Division I  track and cross country runner.  They will guide you every step of the way (no pun intended)!!!!  All you need to do is show up!  Lets start 2016 off right and give yourself the gift of fitness.
