CrossFit Prelude and American Red Cross Blood Drive. Bellevue Elementary School, November 18, 2014 1pm-6pm
Even if you don’t plan on donating, share this on your Social Media sites, and with a friend.
What happens if all the blood runs out? Who gives to save the life to your loved one if they are critically injured?
Giving blood is a simple thing to do, but it can make a big difference in the lives of others. As a former Army intensive care unit nurse, I can personally attest to the fact that blood products, provided by donors like you, SAVED THE LIVES of countless Soldiers injured on the battlefields in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Join us at Bellevue Elementary School, 2301 East Grace Street, Richmond, Virginia, November 18, 2014 from 1pm to 6pm, to make your contribution and help save a life. The life you save could be the life fighting for your freedom; for your protection; a loved one; or your own.
Time slots are 45 minutes, and the Red Cross can manage 5 donors per each 45 minute slot.
It’s only 45 minutes of your time. Less than the time it takes you to do a workout. WHAT EXCUSE DO YOU HAVE?

P.S. Even if you can’t make it out on November 18th, you can still donate. Just contact the Red Cross and tell them your ready to give a drop of blood, and sweat. Make time to save a life.
