You may have already read “What Makes Us Different,” and if you haven’t, you should. All CrossFit gyms are affiliates, not franchises. This means all CrossFit gyms, although founded on the same principles, are run very differently. Here’s a summary of how we’re different:
- We uphold what we believe are the core values related to fitness. Diligence, Community, Accountability, and Quality. When you sign into a class, you’ll get quality training, with a group of people that become your friends. You’re held accountable to showing up and working hard!
- Quality Coaching: All of our coaches are professional, and have more than CrossFit certifications. Our community of coaches is made up of diverse fields and experiences including Army officers; a nurse; lawyer; collegiate athletes; personal training; group fitness instructors; strength and conditioning coaching; and a national ranked martial artist. This diversity of experience, and commitment to your health and fitness goals, is what makes us unique amongst the fitness community.
- Our classes are capped at 8 members. We want you to thrive in a structured environment where you are a student of fitness, not a number among the masses. Our goal is to teach you about your body, realize your limitations, and achieve your goals safely. This simply cannot be replicated where the class sizes exceed an appropriate student to coach ratio.
- Class Structure: We are well versed in designing a workout program safely, with coach led warm ups, flexibility, skill work, and coaching through the workout. We believe our class structure is World Class!
- Community: When you do hard work together, it’s a bonding experience. You’re expected to come with a positive attitude and fill your classmates up with hope, spirit and encouragement. We firmly believe that teamwork enables us to achieve more together.
- Workouts are For Everyone: Our workouts are designed to accommodate students of all fitness levels. You are not expected to perform any movements which you don’t feel comfortable doing, nor will you be thrown headfirst into the fire. Our goal for you is to progress you from your present level of fitness, to where you want to be, without unnecessarily exposing you to the potential to injury that comes from careless rapid progression. Experience has shown us that the best and long lasting results are obtained over time, and not by increasing workload prematurely.
